Custom Facility Design & Layout:
We can help you make your vision a reality, while still achieving your production
and financial goals. Our trained architectural and design staff is available to
work with your designers and drawings to fine tune your project; or we are available
to visit your site, take field measurements, and prepare a complete package of conceptual
and finished drawings of our own.. Our CAD drawings will include utility, engineering
and custom fixture & finish information. When required we have licensed professionals
available who will work with our drawings to provide the required stamped documents
necessary to secure building and occupancy permits.
Equipment Procurement & Consolidation:
We use our buying power and purchasing expertise to get you the right equipment
and fixtures at the right price. We will coordinate and expedite factory direct
shipments, or, have everything brought into our warehouse for a consolidated, one-time,
on-time delivery.
From the largest piece of equipment to the most minor smallware, we check, and recheck,
to ensure that all the components are in place and damage-free for a coordinated
on-time delivery and installation.
Complete Installation & Construction Management Services:
Along with supplying the equipment and fixtures, we can also install the items.
In addition, we supply and install total interior finish packages; from floor to
ceiling, and everything that comes in between. Our on-staff installation professionals
are factory trained and authorized, and experienced in the installation and start-up
of production equipment, including fixtures and interior finishes. Whether you have
a union or non-union job, our installation personnel will function as a hands-on
supervisor. We will direct and work along with your labor or supply our own. We
coordinate our work with your subcontractors to ensure the proper utility hookup,
or even subcontract this work as a part of our Total Turnkey Package. After everything
is hooked up, we will return the job site to start up, calibrate and adjust all
the items we supply in order to ensure proper function and Warranty Certification.
After-Sale Service and Warranty Follow-Up:
We will work with your in-house maintenance staff to ensure the proper and trouble
free operation of your equipment. When problems do occur, whether in-warranty, or
out-of-warranty, we will send out our own people or identify local factory authorized
service agents who can correct the problem. We act as an intermediary between the
customer and manufacturer to arbitrate and resolve Warranty problems, as well as
being a source of discounted OEM parts.
